SHIPPING
The following is information about the shipping process.
How fast will I get my order?
Well, that depends on where you live and what shipping option you choose. We usually ship the next day via USPS from the Chicago area.
What about privacy?
Your order is shipped in a box usually issued by the US Postal Service. It will not have the words "lice", "cure", or "head" on it. The name on the return address is either "North Coast, Inc." or our various shipping locations - none of which have anything that would embarrass you or reveal the box contents.
Here are some of the shipping supplies that we have ready for you. As you can see, the boxes are plain or just say "Priority Mail" on them...very discrete! No one has to know anything at all. No need to be embarassed when going to the store.
Here is a close up of the individual bottles (you get 4) 5 if you use "Buy It Now" option that we sell on eBay. There is plenty in the bottles for you. We have recently changed the picture on the label but we do not have a picture of it yet.
Here are the instructions. On the reverse side is the Guarantee.
Actually, the instructions are easy: Saturate hair, leave on overnight (or for 6 hours), wash out in morning, skip a night. Easy! But - we detail every single move so that there are as few questions as needed. The rest of the page has various information about lice and nits and ideas to make the process easier, our phone number, email address, actually how it goes about killing lice AND nits, you know, all that kind of information.
Kit being packed
OK, we have filled up your box with 4 bottles (this customer did the "Buy It Now" and got 5 bottles on eBay). We put the instructions and the pouring lid on the bottom. Then fill an air bag. Then the bottles go in (with sealed shipping lid to prevent leaks).
Kit being packed
OK, now we have all the product, packing, directions, pour spout, in there and we fill the final air bag until everything is snug for shipping.
Here it is, ready to be shipped to you!
